fABOUT PAYMENTS
TangoTana.com accepts credit cards and debit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. All payments are processed via Stripe.

Tango Tana does not store credit/debit cards information.

Payments cannot be split between multiple cards.

ABOUT SHIPPING
TangoTana.com is not set up to notify visitors of which items are in stock. Some of the shoes are in stock, while others may be made upon order. Tango Tana will ship the items in stock within two business days from receiving the order. Tango Tana will promptly notify the client about the arrival of the ordered item(s) from Italy and will ship such item(s) within the next two business days. The Client assumes the risk of non-delivery, delay in delivery, or damaged delivery.

ABOUT RETURNS
Returns are allowed (please read below for the rules that apply to returns). Tango Tana exchanges or refunds the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the processing fee that TangoTana gets charged rin spite of the return. 

– The shoes must be unworn and in the same condition they were shipped in. The protective film covering the outsole must be in place and intact.
– Returns must be made within a week from the date of receiving.
– The customer is responsible for a flat shipping rate of $12 for shipping to them (for every shipment to them) and for the cost of returns.

– The returns/exchanges must be made via Priority Mail or equivalent. 

– The shoes must be put inside a shoe box or equivalent well sealed.

– We reserve the right to not accept returns of personalized shoes.
